Changes:
- Unobtrusive dialogs: all tools and import/export dialogs can be minimized and do not block the user interface
- Query editor functionalty improved. You can now change (or add) default query editor with one of your own choice (e.g. ACE editor)
- Added codemirror2 as alternate sql editor
